1vs.Ai INC Founder & CEO Akim Millington was born and raised in the fishing village of Carenage, (Scorpion) in Port of Spain, Trinidad & Tobago on January 29th, 1985. Millington migrated to the United States of America in 1996. After an illustrious All-American Football and Track & Field career at Wheaton North High School, Millington accepted a full scholarship to the University of Oklahoma. He concluded his collegiate career at the University of Illinois Champaign- Urbana, graduating with a B.A. in Sociology. Millington signed an NFL free agent contract with the New Orleans Saints football team, however a career ending injury forced him to retire from professional competition. As a pharmaceutical representative, Millington saw a void within the healthcare industry to monitor patients located in isolated areas, soon after he founded Centi Athletics Inc., focusing on telemedicine and wearable technology. Under the leadership of a Tech industry pioneer Mary Spio, Millington was privileged to be part of a team that won a 2017 Grammy for Best Metal Performance, A 2016 Silver CLIO and awarded the Key to the City of Miami, FL.
